To setup a *free* conference call, use the link and steps below to get it setup.
1. Open this link.
https://www.freeconference.com/Login.aspx
2. Enter the username and password below.
User Name: ConfCall@roel.com
Password: gr8fambus
3. Click Go.
4. Click on Schedule a Conference and follow the 3 easy steps. Make sure to select the Web-Scheduled Standard otherwise you will incur toll charges of $.10 for each minute on the 800 conference call. If you MUST have the call recorded then select that option, there is a $6.50 fee per conference call recorded.
5. Click Next
6. Enter the number of people in attendance, date and time of the conference and the estimated duration. Click Next.
7. Select Yes to send email to the individuals. Click Next.
8. Enter the info for the email invite. Click Next.
9. Select who to send the invite to, it's probably easier to just send it to your email then you can forward it to all the other participants from your email. Make sure to select yourself as the organizer so you will get your special host/organizer code.
** The host of the call will have a separate dial-in code than the participants. The host MUST use this otherwise nobody will hear anything on the call.
10. Click Next. If you have a recorded call then it will ask for additinal info about the recording.
11. FINAL Step, Click Confirm This Conference.
12. You can print this page for your records and use or wait for the email to come in.
