Here are codes you need to press on your ShoreTel phone to get your office's main answering position to ring straight to the voice mail/auto attendant when you leave early today. This is also known as making a hunt group busy. Each office has a hunt group that handles the incoming call routing. To force that to ring a different way then busy teh primary hunt group out as noted below.
You have to LIFT the handset when entering these codes. If you have successfully turned on "NIGHT" ringing (like on the old Toshiba system) you should hear the auto attendant say "Yhe hunt group has been made busy"...

OC - *187759
PD - *182000
LV - *183219
To un-busy a hunt group then you will need to repeat the steps above and it will reverse the changes. It acts like a toggle where the same code turns it on or off.
