Launch the OnScreen Takeoff Application

Click the Blue Citrix launcher by the clock

Once the Citrix App launches, Click  FILE - CHECK AUTHORIZATION.

Check the Box: USE FLOATING LICENSE

IN the Server Field: 10.33.1.30

Click the REAUTHORIZE button... wait a sec.

In the lower right hand corner, you will see (tko, sve). You are authorized.

Now you are ready to open a Database. 

Click FILE – OPEN

Click the FIND button

Choose the Microsoft SQL Server radial – Click OK

The SQL Server name is SQL01. Leave the radial for Windows authentication selected.

Click the Connect button.

Use the pulldown to select the OSTO database – Click OK

You will now see a connection to the SQL Database OSTO, make sure to uncheck the Projects item as it does not contain any estimate information.

Click OK

A list of bids will populate the OnScreen Takeoff screen. Select a bid to work on or create a new bid within the OSTO database.
