You can record and send a message to individuals or groups. Click on the Voice Mail tab and then on [New Message].

Type in the name of the person, persons, or the Distribution List that you would like to send your message to. Click the RED record button and then [Send] to the message. (When you are listening to messages you can Forward a message to individuals or groups by pressing the [Forward] button instead of [New Message].

You can also click on Lists to access the directory of Distribution Lists.
